Orders
By placing an order you confirm that product details, pricing (AED, VAT inclusive where shown), and delivery zone fees are accepted. We may cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Payment
We accept card payments, cash on delivery (where enabled), and BNPL providers when configured. COD orders may include an additional fee and order maximum set by the store.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates for UAE emirates covered by our zones. Risk passes on delivery except where law requires otherwise.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, CLEANITO is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
