CLEANITO operates an online store for cleaning products in the United Arab Emirates. We process personal data to fulfil orders, provide delivery, and support customers.

Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order and payment records (payment card data is handled by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers), and device/session data needed for security and analytics.
How we use data
To process and deliver orders, send transactional updates (email, SMS, WhatsApp, or push where enabled), improve our services, prevent fraud, and meet UAE legal obligations including tax invoicing.
Sharing
We share data with delivery partners, payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Tabby, Tamara), and infrastructure vendors only as needed to operate the store. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some records are retained as required for accounting and dispute resolution.
