Eligibility
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in sellable condition. Hygiene-sensitive opened liquids may be excluded unless defective.
How to request
Contact support with your order number and reason. Approved returns receive a refund to the original payment method, or COD cash adjustment, after inspection.
Damaged or wrong items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
BNPL
Refunds for Tabby or Tamara orders are processed through the provider according to their timelines after we approve the return.
